Micro Hardness Standard
For determining the accuracy of your hardness tester. Available in Vickers and Knoop scales. Load ranges from 10g to 1000g (special light loads also available) and all hardness levels.
Diamond Indenter
Vickers type indenters are in the form of a square base pyramid with an angle of 136° between faces. Knoop type indenters are a pyramidal form, with a 172° longitudinal angle - 130° included transverse angle, and produces a diamond shaped indentation.
Precision Clamping Device
Two sizes available, 50mm and 100mm opening. Used for holding samples in test position firmly.
Self Leveling Device
For holding tapered specimens. The measuring plane is at a horizontal level and causes an extremely efficient measuring operation.
Thin Specimen Device
Provides firm smooth support for thin or soft materials.
Specimen thickness 0 - 5mm.
Vertical Speciman Device
For testing specimens with diameters from 0.1 - 4mm.
Horizontal Specimen Device
For testing unmounted round specimens from 0.5 - 4mm.
Universal Inclining Device
For testing specimens with inclined or curved surfaces to achieve correct level.
Rotary Table
124mm diameter with a 5° graduation of rotary angle. Usually used with a precision vise.
