Cobra™ systems are easy to use and easy to set up. The video camera option makes it even easier, and provides visual verification of the scan location on the part.
Through the use of a compact camera and imaging system, mirrors allow direct view of the laser spot without interfering with the measurement process or impacting measurement performance. A compact color LCD display attaches to the Cobra adding the video capability while retaining the instrument’s portability.
The Video Camera option is compatible with DRS™-300 or DRS-500 laser sensors.

- Self-contained B&W CCD video camera and on-axis optical assembly for square-on viewing.
- 6.8 inch diagonal TFT-LCD display for 15x image magnification. Adjustable arm mount provides easy viewing and storage without sacrificing portability.
- On-axis LED surface illumination for perfect image contrast, adjustable through Scan-X® software.
- All power for camera, LED illuminators and LCD display located inside Cobra base - no external connections required.
