Mechanical design utilizes 10 to 20 hp kinetic energy driven system.

Electronically operated with programmable logic controller adaptive for automatic or manual operation. Has emergency shutdown built in.
Unique but simple mechanical compression chamber system. Compacts chips more consistently and efficiently than hydraulically driven compression chamber systems.
Lower front load hopper with large capacity single auger feeding. Smooth chip feeding system.
Automatic discharge chute. Left or right side puck discharge. Extruded bricks move unattended into adjacent container. Clean. Maintenance free. No moving parts to jam up.
Requires no changover when switching from one chip material to another. Compacts either ferrous or non-ferrous chips. No special cleaning or changeover often required of hydraulic compacting systems.
Hydraulic system controls compression plate. Compacts chips consistently and efficiently for higher quality, more dense pucks.
