TO REGISTER:
You must be an employee of one of our customer companies to participate in this contest
Register by email to: mikec@bcmac.com
Please include your name, email address, phone number, and your company. You must be registered in advance of your hunt.
The contest runs from the start of the season to January 15, 2012. No entries will be accepted after January 22, 2012.
Submit up to 5 clear, well composed digital photos (please, no more than 5 per entry) of yourself with YOUR deer in a B.C. MacDonald & Company or Metrology Center hat, taken during this season. Photos from the front, sides, and back are recommended. Remember, your photos and description are what we have to judge from. Submitted photos will be posted on our website throughout the contest.
Let us know where the deer was taken, and whether it was taken with a bow, modern firearm, or muzzle-loader. Additional information (P&Y or B&C score, field-dressed weight, etc.) is helpful if available. For the Big Doe contest field dressed weight is required.
Don't have a B.C. MacDonald or Metrology Center logo cap?
Request one, for free, from Sarah at 800-875-4243 or email sarahc@bcmac.com , or you can ask your B.C. MacDonald or Metrology Center representative. You must be wearing a B.C. MacDonald or Metrology Center hat in your picture to be eligible for this contest.
Be sure to specify camo or hunter orange!
Just for Fun!
If you get any really unusual scouting camera photos (or just a really outstanding deer), send them in so we can post them on the web. Don't worry - we won't disclose the location of your secret spot!
Share your venison recipes - just email them to Mike or Sarah (mikec@bcmac.com or sarahc@bcmac.com)
Good luck, be safe, and SHARE THE HARVEST
SHARE THE HARVEST is a WIN WIN WIN program. Hunters win by doing their part to help people in need; cooperating processing plants win by getting positive feedback for their involvement and donations of locker space; and participating organizations win by having a ready-made service project for a good cause. We strongly urge you to participate in this program. For more information, visit http://mdc.mo.gov/hunt/deer/share/ |
